Why Fairest Lord Jesus? Simple - it's Joy's favorite. It's the hymn that played as she walked down the aisle at her wedding. This is her favorite line, and in her words is quite fitting for her current situation, as this cancer has spread through her brain, yet she holds tight to Jesus as her crown.
Why cactuses? Joy, Patrick, and their three kiddos have moved to the desert for several months, as she undergoes treatment at an integrative cancer center in Arizona. It seemed only fitting to include pieces of the desert in the design for this t-shirt.
